Pascal Chabance

Pascal Chabance has been working in the industry since 1997. Pascal began their career as a Plant Manager at ICO Polymers, where they managed a team of 29 people on the production floor and led the technology change from existing recycling methodology to latest powder technology. In 2002, they became the General Manager at A. Schulman, Inc., where they were responsible for production, marketing and sales. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Hilti France, first as an International Business Developer Power and then as a Trade Manager for new business development. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Senior Project + bid Manager Nuclear at Hilti Great Britain. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Head of Market Management at Etex Building Performance. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Head of Sales and Business Development at LACTIPS, and is currently an Associate at Time for the Planet.

Pascal Chabance completed their Chemical engineer degree at ITECH LYON between 1992 and 1995. Pascal then went on to receive their Docteur ingénieur in Plasturgie from ITECH LYON. In 2005, they obtained their MBA from emlyon business school and also attended HEC Montréal in 2006.
