Andrew Donnell

Andrew Donnell has a diverse work experience that ranges from software engineering to cybersecurity. Andrew is currently working at Ladder as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead since January 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at Ladder as a Software Engineer and Tech Lead and as a Software Engineer from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Ladder, Andrew worked at RUF as a Campus Associate from 2019 to 2021. Andrew also gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Phenix Real Time Solutions in 2018 and as a Cyber Defense Security Intern at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas in the same year.

Andrew Donnell earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University in 2019. Prior to attending Northwestern, they completed their secondary education at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory from 2011 to 2015.
