Kelly Pai

Kelly Pai, CPA has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Kelly began their career as a Corporate Controller Intern at Sentry Insurance in 2009. Following this, they worked as an intern at Wipfli LLP in 2010. Kelly then took on the role of ITBE Graduate Assistant at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 2010-2011. Kelly then returned to Wipfli LLP as an Audit Staff Associate from 2011-2014.

In 2014, Kelly joined Allianz Life, where they held several positions, including Senior Accountant - IFRS and GAAP Reporting from 2014-2016, Financial Reporting Manager from 2016-2019, and Audit Program Manager from 2019-2022. Kelly then moved on to Wealth Enhancement Group as the Director of Accounting from 2022-2023.

Currently, Kelly works as the Director of Accounting at Ladder starting from August 2023. Throughout their career, Kelly has gained extensive experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and program management.

Kelly Pai, CPA has a Master of Professional Accountancy degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which was obtained in 2011. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting, also from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which was obtained in 2010. In 2012, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy.
