Mike Kaplinskiy

Mike Kaplinskiy has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in both engineering leadership and technical roles. Mike worked at Ladder Insurance as an Engineering Director from August 2018 to present, and prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at the same company from March 2016 to August 2018. Before joining Ladder Insurance, Mike worked at Vine as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2015 to February 2016, and as a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead from March 2013 to July 2015. Their earlier experience includes working at Google Inc as a Software Engineer III from July 2010 to March 2013.

Mike Kaplinskiy received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Cornell University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
