Currently serving as a Multi Unit Owner at Ladybird Academy since 2009, Rick has demonstrated a strong commitment to managing operations and driving growth in the education field. Prior to this role, Rick was a Managing Partner at Chili's for nearly eighteen years, where skills in leadership, team management, and customer service were honed.
