Susan Thibeault

Susan Thibeault is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as an Associate Broker at LAER Realty Partners since January 2019, Susan has also been a Broker/Associate at RE/MAX Property Promotions since June 2003, specializing in waterfront homes, primary residences, and new construction, while assisting clients in transitioning smoothly from sales to new purchases. Previous roles include Realtor at Cetto Real Estate from June 1994 to August 1999 and Real Estate Legal Assistant for John Mizhir, Esquire from April 1988 to April 1994, focusing on real estate closings and the preparation of purchase and sales agreements. Susan holds an Associate degree in Business from Mount Wachusett Community College, completed in two stages from 1977 to 1982.
