Abdus Salam

Abdus Salam is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Procurement Manager at LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited since June 2012, after progressing through various managerial roles. Prior to this, Abdus Salam held positions at Lafarge Surma Cement LTD as Sr. Executive-Purchase and at Apollo Hospitals in Dhaka, where responsibilities included overseeing purchasing operations and materials requirement planning. Earlier experience includes a role as Commercial Officer at Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited. Abdus Salam holds a Master of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Jahangirnagar University, as well as an International Certification in Supply Chain Management from the International Trade Centre ITC-UNCTAD/WTO.
