Md. Shamim has extensive experience in logistics and operations within the cement industry, currently serving as Senior Manager - Shipping & Inbound Operations at LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited since January 2018. Previous roles include Manager - Inbound Operations at the same company, Assistant Manager in Logistics at Holcim Cement (Bangladesh) Limited, and Logistics Officer at Olympic Cement Ltd. Md. Shamim's career began as a Surveyor and Assistant Surveyor, focusing on raw materials assessment. Educated at Bangladesh Open University with a Bachelor of Arts, as well as having completed higher secondary education in Commerce, Md. Shamim possesses a strong background in planning, supervising, and monitoring shipping and inventory operations.
