Mounir Ajaha

Mounir Ajaha has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mounir started their career in 2007 as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Corporate Software. Mounir then worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at BSC FRANCE - Business Software Consulting from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Altran CIS as a Performance Management Consultant and obtained PMI-CAPM certification. From 2012 to 2016, Mounir served as a Commercial Performance Manager for Cement and later as the Pricing & Sales Admin Department Manager at LafargeHolcim Maroc. Mounir then became the Middle East & Africa Regional Head of Order to Cash at LafargeHolcim Maroc's Regional Business Services Center from 2017 to 2018. Mounir also worked as the Head of Order To Cash and Lean Management Program Lead from 2019 to 2021. Their most recent role is the Director of Risk Management & Internal Control for Morocco & West Africa at LafargeHolcim Maroc.

Mounir Ajaha's education history includes obtaining a Master's degree in Organization, Innovation and Strategic Foresight from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in 2012. Prior to that, they received a Management Control certification from the same institution in 2009. In 2006, Mounir earned a Graduate degree in IS/IT from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et d'Analyse des Systèmes. Mounir completed their High School Preparatory classes at CPGE Tanger-Rabat from 2001 to 2003.
