Mikias Stewart

Mikias Stewart is a consultant at IBM, where responsibilities include improving the user interface for the Army Learning Management System (ALMS), conducting user research, and analyzing data to enhance user experience. Mikias also serves as a resident advisor at Lafayette College, fostering an inclusive community among students. As a member of the Posse Foundation, Mikias is a recipient of a full-tuition scholarship, recognizing leadership potential. Involvement with the Lafayette College Investment Club as a TMT analyst includes presenting market trends and technology updates. Previous experience includes roles as an RPA developer at Noblis, focusing on automation and data analytics for federal clients, as well as an HR intern at Pepco Holdings. Mikias holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Lafayette College, anticipated in May 2023.
