Jason Besse

Jason Besse, CFA has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Jason is currently the Head of Build For Rent at Lafayette RE LLC since August 2022. Previously, they served as the Division President at Century Communities, Inc. from March 2022 to July 2022. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Taylor Morrison, including Vice President Operations from October 2020 to March 2022, Regional Vice President of Land - Southeast Region from November 2018 to October 2020, Vice President of Land Acquisition from August 2015 to November 2018, and Director of Land Acquisition from October 2012 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Land - Tampa Division at Ryland Homes from August 2004 to October 2012.

Jason Besse, CFA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, which they completed in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the same university, graduating in 2004. Additionally, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute in July 2012.
