Caitlin Mclaughlin

Caitlin Mclaughlin is the Chief People Officer at Lafayette Square. Caitlin has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent and Total Rewards.

Caitlin started their career at PNC Bank in 2009 as the VP – Director of Corporate & Institutional Banking Training. Caitlin was responsible for training 4,500 employees at all levels, including functional and institutional training. In 2011, they were promoted to SVP – Director of Talent Acquisition, where they led corporate recruiting and was responsible for acquiring and developing diverse talent. In 2013, they were again promoted, this time to SVP – Director of Total Rewards, where they were selected to head all compensation, benefits, employee wellness, human capital metrics and analytics functions for the bank and its subsidiaries. Caitlin has been with Lafayette Square since 2021.

Caitlin Mclaughlin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Political Communications.
