Will Foye

Will Foye is currently the Director at Lafayette Square. Prior to this, they were with Hancock Capital Management from April 2016 to November 2019 where they were a Director. Will was responsible for Originating, structuring and executing mezzanine debt and direct equity co-investments for sponsor-backed transactions, including LBOs, add-on acquisitions, recapitalizations and growth capital. Will's focus was on private capital solutions for performing businesses across a wide range of industries with EBITDA of $10 million and greater.

From February 2012 to March 2016, Will was with Citizens Bank as a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance group. Will was a founding member responsible for structuring, underwriting, executing and managing the leveraged loan portfolio across a wide range of industries. Will's focus was on senior debt financings to both sponsor-backed and non-sponsored borrowers with EBITDA of $10 million and greater.

Will's previous experience also includes working at Hilco Global from June 2006 to January 2012 where they held various positions such as Senior Analyst / Team Lead, Senior Consultant and Business Development Executive.

Will Foye received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.

Will Foye reports to Ryan Ochs, Managing Director, Staffer LS Credit. They work with Thomas Mullin - Director, Vishnu Amin - Associate, LS Credit, and Caleb Hsieh - Managing Director.
