Kristen Sprygada has over 20 years of experience in the automotive and retail industries, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at LaFontaine Automotive Group since September 2011. In this role, Kristen manages payroll for over 350 employees, oversees new hires, terminations, store transfers, and maintains employee benefits, taxes, and 401K. Prior to this position, Kristen worked at Waldecker Chevrolet for 12 years as an Office Assistant, handling various responsibilities including cashiering, accounts payable/receivables, and service repair orders. Kristen's earlier experience includes working at Walmart in softlines processing from September 1999 to August 2001. Kristen graduated from Howell High School in 2001.
