Michelle Todzy, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, possesses extensive experience in human resources leadership, having held the position of Director of Human Resources at LaForce and served as Vice President of Human Resources at both Sentinel Safety & Security Group and Trudell Holdings, Inc. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at APAC Customer Services and Human Resources & Training Manager at Birds Eye Foods. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Michigan University and a Master's degree in I/O Psychology from The University of Akron.
