Kaylee Gros, SHRM-CP

Kaylee Gros, SHRM-CP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Kaylee is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office since January 2023. Prior to this, Kaylee worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Ascension Public Schools from June 2020 to December 2022. Kaylee gained experience as a Human Resource Administrative Assistant at Conrad Shipyard from April 2019 to June 2020. Kaylee also worked as a Human Resource Intern at South Louisiana Bank from July 2018 to April 2019. In addition, they have experience as a Team Leader at TREC Summer Camp in June and July 2018. Kaylee worked as a Teacher (Ages 2-4) at FUMC The Little School from August 2015 to May 2018. Lastly, they served as a Counselor (Seasonal) at TREC Summer Camp from June 2014 to June 2017.

Kaylee Gros, SHRM-CP has a Master of Science - MS degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University. Kaylee pursued this degree from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Nicholls State University. Kaylee attended Nicholls State University from 2015 to 2019.
