Robbie Geer's work experience includes various roles in the hospitality and sales industries. Robbie started his career as a Sales Admin at Aramark at the 2.2 million sq ft Los Angeles Convention Center, where he sold events with a team and later, managed food service operations for events of various sizes at both Austin and New Orleans Convention Centers. Robbie then joined Whole Foods Market, Austin, Texas, as a Catering Sales & Event Planner, where he planned and organized corporate events, weddings, and product launches.

After that, Robbie spent two years with Crowne Plaza Austin shortly as a Corporate Catering Sales Manager, and later as a Group Sales Manager for most of the time, where he targeted the National and State Association Market, Military Market, and Entertainment Markets, as well. Robbie then segued to Moody National Companies as a Director of Sales and Marketing, responsible for market analysis, forecasting, and growing the extended stay occupancy for newly built Residence Inn by Marriott. He grew the EsOCC from 24% to 42% in 18 months with the help of a movie crew in-house in 2016.

Robbie continued their career at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts as a Regional Sales Manager, focusing on maintaining and developing client relationships and implementing innovative marketing strategies in the Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma markets. Robbie also ventured into contract work, landing gigs in contract negotiation and on-site operations. Later, to supplement his lifestyle, he worked at Versum Materials as a Megasys Operations Technician, ensuring the supply of slurry chemicals for the semiconductor manufacturing at the Samsung Electronics plant in Austin, Texas. In 2020, Robbie became the Director of Sales/Interim General Manager at Hampton Inn by Hilton Pawtucket, overseeing sales and operations during the outbreak of COVID. After spending 9 months driving the hotel, he stepped away to focus on family and the COVID-19 Pandemic after getting the hotel through a Brand Standard Audit and passing.

Robbie later joined Commonwealth Alternative Care (a cannabis MSO, aka Tilt Holdings), starting as a Patient Services Agent and quickly progressing to roles such as Sales Floor Lead, and ultimately Assistant Dispensary Manager. He later stepped away from leadership and joined the Inventory Team to learn a Massachusetts's required seed to sale tracking system known as METRC.

When it was apparent that he was not going to grow further with CAC, Robbie joined the notable Lafrance Hospitality Organization as the Director of Sales, at one of their flagship hotels in New Bedford, MA. He leads the property sales efforts and is jointly responsible for a $5M annual budget in top line revenue.

Robbie Geer's education history shows that in 2009, he attended Los Angeles City College, where he pursued a degree in English and Real Estate and again in 2020 attended Real Estate School in Massachusetts, to pursue Real Estate.

Apart from his education, Robbie Geer has also obtained several certifications and awards throughout his career. In 2013, he completed the Talent Bench Leadership Development Program offered by Whole Foods Market. Following this, in 2014, he obtained a Regional Sales Manager Certificate from Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts. In 2015 he won the MPI Unsung Hero Award, as well as the Committee of the Year award in Membership Retention. In 2016, he became Access Edge Certified through Marriott International, and in 2018, they obtained the One Yield v2 Certification from the same institution. In 2020, Robbie attained two certifications, Hilton OnQ Certified and Hilton OnQ R&I Certified, from Hilton.
