Elaine Bergeron

Elaine Bergeron has extensive experience in healthcare and project management, having served in various roles at Lahey Health since May 2013, including Care Management Program Coordinator, Administrative Supervisor, and Accountable Care Support Specialist. Prior to this, Elaine held multiple positions at Lahey Clinic from 1991 to 2013, notably as a Project Manager where responsibilities included leading quality initiatives, managing departmental budgets, and overseeing customer service within the Customer Relationship Management Department. Elaine also contributed as Manager of Community Affairs, developing programs and fostering relationships within the community. Earlier in career history, Elaine served as Community Relations Coordinator/Office Manager and worked as an Administrative Assistant at King's Department Stores. Educational background includes a Certificate in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a degree in Business Administration from Bay Path University, complemented by secondary education at Watertown High School.
