Lee Peffer

Lee Peffer is an experienced camera and motion control engineer at LAIKA, LLC since March 2022, bringing a robust background in animation and motion control. Previously, Lee worked at Netflix from September 2019 to March 2022 as an animator and motion control operator and engineer. Prior to that, Lee served as the stop motion animation director (head of department) at Vetor Zero from August 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities included providing technical solutions during pre-production and ensuring smooth production operations for set components. Lee also contributed as an animator at Lobo.cx from July 2011 to September 2019, specializing in stop-motion and 3D animation. Lee Peffer holds a degree from Huntington University, where studies spanned from 2008 to 2011.
