Nanci Knight

A Bay Area native, Nanci enjoyed weekend outings to Napa Valley while a student at UC Berkeley. During careers at Bank of America and IBM, she traveled globally to develop strategic alliances to drive revenue growth outcomes partnering with many Fortune 500 companies. When corporate priorities shifted, Nanci seized the opportunity to make Napa Valley her home and raise her two children here. More recently, Nanci and her husband founded a start-up promoting luxury wine tourism as private wine guides. With an appreciation for the rich history of the Lail family in Napa Valley, she welcomed the chance to join Lail Vineyards in 2021 where she administers the business affairs of the winery.
