James Laar

James Laar has extensive work experience, primarily with L'AINE Services Ltd. James started as a Research Officer at TNS Global - Ghana in 1997. James then joined KHL Research Systems as an Operations Officer in 2002, where they were responsible for planning and setting up the business structure. In 2003, they joined L'AINE Services Ltd as an Admin Coordinator and later became a Senior Projects Coordinator in 2005. From 2007 to 2010, James held various managerial roles at L'AINE Services Ltd, including Business Development/Recruitment Manager, Projects Manager, and Chief Operating Officer. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the General Manager of L'AINE OUTSOURCING, overseeing business process outsourcing units. In 2019, they became the Executive Director of Business Process Outsourcing at L'AINE Services Limited. Currently, since March 2022, James Laar holds the position of Managing Director at L'AINE Services Ltd.

James Laar began their education at L/A Primary School, Najong # 2, where they completed their elementary education. James later attended Binde Junior Secondary School from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained their Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). Following this, they enrolled at the Northern School of Business in Tamale, Ghana, from 1992 to 1994, completing their studies in Business Management and obtaining an SSSCE degree. James then pursued higher education and studied at the University of Cape Coast from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree in Business Administration and Management. Finally, in 2012 and 2013, they attended Coventry University, where they completed an MBA degree with a focus on Finance.
