Hannah Seater

Hannah Seater is a seasoned professional in safety assurance and risk management, currently serving as a Senior Safety Assurance Engineer at Laing O'Rourke since July 2022, contributing to the Metro Tunnel Project. Previously, Hannah held roles at Metro Trains Melbourne as Risk & Systems Safety Assurance Manager and Senior Risk & System Safety Assurance Advisor from January 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing compliance audit programs. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Consultant at SNC-Lavalin Rail & Transit, Manager at the Department of Transport and Main Roads, and various safety and compliance roles in earlier positions. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Ergonomics, Safety, and Health from La Trobe University and has pursued additional qualifications at several institutions.
