Justina Lai

From a young age, Justina has felt a responsibility to contribute more to the world than she extracts from it. She went on to work and live in many different places, including Hong Kong, France, the UK and Rwanda. And she eventually came to realize that the best use of her skills and experience would be to seek ways to leverage investment capital to make a positive difference in the world.

Today, Justina leads impact investing at LNWM and the sister company Wetherby Asset Management, bringing to her work more than two decades of experience, boundless energy, passion and determination.
