Pavel Slajs

Pavel Slajs has extensive experience in the field of business transformation and management consulting. Pavel currently holds the position of Head of Transformation at Laird Thermal Systems, managing business separation, strategy, performance, and improvement activities. Prior to this, Pavel worked as a Management Consultant at PwC for four years and as an Associate at EY for two years.

Pavel Slajs has a degree in ACCA (Accounting and Business/Management) from ACCA. Pavel also holds a Master of Science in Economics (MSc) from USI Università della Svizzera italiana. Additionally, Pavel has studied Business Administration at the University of New York in Prague. Along with their degrees, they are an ACCA member and has obtained the Prince2 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
