Rod Edwards

Rod Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rod is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Laivly, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at 24-7 Intouch from 2011 to 2021 in various roles, including EVP IT, Senior Vice President of Information Technology, Vice President of Information Technology, and Director of Professional Services. Before that, they were an Associate Manager of Innovation Development at Great-West Life from 2008 to 2011. Rod also had roles as a Contributing Blogger at Worldchanging from 2007 to 2010 and as a volunteer in Bangladesh with Hands On Disaster Response from January 2008 to March 2008. Earlier in their career, they worked at Great-West Life as a Senior Group Internet Specialist from 2004 to 2006 and a Group Client and Field Support Analyst from 2001 to 2004. Rod'sfirst job was as a Field Representative at Mosaic Sales Solutions from 1996 to 1998.

Rod Edwards obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Marketing from the University of Manitoba, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Rod later pursued further education at CMA Manitoba from 2010 to 2013, acquiring a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designation with a focus in Management Accounting.
