Jeff Earhart

Jeff Earhart serves as the Engineering Manager for the Lake County Board of County Commissioners since January 2020, overseeing Engineering CIP and Design, Traffic Operations, Right of Way, Survey, and Construction Inspection. Prior to this role, Jeff held multiple positions in project management, including Project Manager at CPWG, Group Manager at Woolpert, and Vice President at TEK Science and Engineering. Jeff's extensive experience also includes serving as Office Manager/Project Manager at Berryman & Henigar and Municipal Services Manager/Project Manager at DRMP. Jeff holds multiple degrees in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, and Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida, completed between 1987 and 1995.
