James R. has over 20 years of experience in the security and correctional fields. James has served as a Correctional Officer at the Lake County Sheriffs Department since June 2008. Prior to this role, James worked as an ATM Technician at Security Incorporated from May 2001 to June 2008 and as a Security Officer at B&W Security for a brief period in early 2001. James began a career in the workforce as a Warehouse Worker at Thorgren Tool & Molding Co. Inc. from November 1993 to March 2001, having started in this role part-time while completing studies at Valparaiso High School, where James earned a diploma in General Studies in 1996.
