Theresa Simon

Theresa Simon is an experienced legal and social services professional with a strong background in case management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Assistant at the Lake County State's Attorney's Office since February 2021, Theresa also founded and directs NDV Healing and Support Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on financial operations and program improvement. Previous roles include bilingual positions at the County of Kenosha, Wisconsin, and ResCare Workforce Services, where responsibilities involved determining eligibility for financial benefits and outreach to community resources. Theresa's career began with various customer service and sales roles, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Arizona Global Campus in 2022.
