Rita Shepard

Rita Shepard is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in investment management and trust administration. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Lake Elmo Bank since March 2007, Rita supports the Vice President in various banking operations. Prior to this role, Rita spent 22 years at Wells Fargo as an Investment Plan Manager, where responsibilities included managing Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), Direct Purchase plans, and handling complex account reconciliations and foreign currency exchanges for corporate clients. In 2015, Rita enhanced their expertise by completing a Certificate of Completion in Trust Management from Southeastern Trust School in North Carolina.
