Kim Plaatje

Kim Plaatje currently serves as the Financial Aid Counselor Lead at Lake Erie College since October 2023. Previously, Kim worked at Morley Library as a Circulation Assistant I, where responsibilities included managing circulation tasks such as checking out and receiving library materials. Additionally, Kim accumulated extensive experience over 30 years at WEWS-TV as an Operations Technician in television production, demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Speech from Marietta College, earned between 1989 and 1993, and completed education at Lake Catholic from 1984 to 1989.
