John Blanke

John Blanke is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Lake Shore Country Club since August 2020. Blanke has developed skills as a Line Cook in various esteemed establishments including El Che Steakhouse & Bar, Elske, Bellemore, Antique Taco, Barrington Hills Country Club, and The Publican. With a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Kendall College, Blanke has also worked as a Teaching Assistant, supporting culinary students in production kitchens, and has held the position of Head Resident Assistant at Kendall College Housing.
