Robert Unzen

Robert Unzen is the Director of Human Resources at Lake Superior Consulting. His team finds the industry's best talent to service their client's unique needs. Before joining LSC, Rob was the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Ascena Retail Group.

Ensuring that they can staff every project with the right people starts with understanding the business needs. Rob has built strong relationships with each of the business leaders to ensure they have the resources needed to support their projects and that their team members build meaningful careers.

He holds a Master of Arts in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, MN. Rob is active in the professional community and serves on the Northland Memorial Blood Center Advisory Board.
