Ryan Swor

Ryan Swor is the Vice President and General Manager of Lake Superior Consulting. Before becoming VPGM, Ryan served as LSC’s Vice President of Operations Management. It is that industry knowledge and commitment to integrity that Ryan brings to every aspect of managing LSC.

It starts with the people. Having grown within LSC for over 15 years, starting as a field technician, Ryan is keenly aware of how every individual within the organization can provide a service level that exceeds client expectations. He manages the organization to ensure both individual and team success and knows first-hand that a strong connection with their clients enables their proven delivery of reliable and efficient solutions.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He is certified as a NACE International Cathodic Protection Specialist and NACE International Coating Inspector-Level 1. In 2010, he received the John Fitzgerald Award in recognition for his testing performance over three years at the Purdue Corrosion Short Course conference.
