Hannah Kletzka

Hannah Kletzka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hannah began their career at Gus's Carry Out in 2011, where they served as a Manager until 2017. In 2017, they joined Panera Bread as an Assistant Manager for a short period before transitioning to Lake Trust Credit Union. At Lake Trust Credit Union, Hannah held various roles, starting as a Member Experience Associate from 2017 to 2021. Hannah then progressed to become a Member Experience Assistant Manager from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Hannah is working as a Business Analyst at Lake Trust Credit Union, starting in December 2022.

Hannah Kletzka attended Eastern Michigan University from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In June 2019, they earned the certification as a Certified Digital Support-Member Contact Center from Lake Trust Credit Union.
