Hailey Lislegard

Hailey Lislegard is an experienced heavy equipment operator and sales representative currently employed at RMS Mining Solutions since January 2021. With a strong background in heavy equipment operation, Hailey has worked at VIC's Crane & Heavy Haul and Lakehead Constructors, Inc. since July 2017 and September 2016 respectively. Expertise includes operating various cranes, forklifts, skidsteers, and other heavy machinery. Previous roles also encompass working with Kiewit and completing an apprenticeship with Lakehead Constructors, where skills in crane operation were developed. Hailey holds a degree in Heavy Equipment Operations and Maintenance from Central Lakes College, which was completed in 2014.
