Steve Fielitz

Steve Fielitz has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Steve is currently serving as the VP Portfolio Manager at Lakeland Bank, where they specialize in construction lending and underwriting small- to medium-sized business loans. Prior to this role, Steve worked as an Entrepreneurial Ventures consultant, providing financial services consulting and managing retail stores as the Principal of Coco Partners Inc. Steve also served as the VP Corporate Banking at Bayern LB, where they managed a multi-billion dollar lending portfolio for financial institutions in the US and Bermuda. Steve has solid experience in credit analysis and lending, having worked as an Analyst/Account Executive at Bank of America and as a Middle Market Credit Analyst at Merchants Bank of New York. Steve has held various other roles, including a Credit Analyst Consultant at Fleet Bank, an Assistant Account Executive/Field Auditor at Congress Talcott Group, and a Staff Auditor at Sargoy, Stein, Rosen & Shapiro. Before their career in banking, Steve served in the US Navy on the USS Cincinnati (SSN-693).

Steve Fielitz has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Dowling College. Steve also completed credit training at the New York Institutes of Credit. In addition, Steve obtained the New York State Life Accident Health Insurance License and NYS P&C Personal Lines Insurance License from the Securities Trading Corporation in 2018.
