Following this, they served as a Business Advisor at the Ohio Small Business Development Center from 1996 to 2010. Subsequently, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Lake County Port Authority from 2007 to 2015, where they managed a budget of over $2 million. Currently, they are the Director of the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Lakeland Community College, a position they have held since 2010. Cathy Walsh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Dayton.
