Kristi Yamilkoski

Kristi Yamilkoski has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in information systems and services. Kristi started their career in 1998 as a Dialysis Patient Care Technician at Mercy Medical Center. In 2002, they joined Physiotherapy Associates as a Group Business Manager. Kristi later returned to Mercy Medical Center in 2005 as a Senior Director of Information Services. In 2015, they joined Lakeland Regional Health-Florida as a Director of Enterprise Architecture and later became the Director of Information Systems. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Director of Information Services and eventually became the Associate Vice President, Information Systems in 2019.

Kristi Yamilkoski, MSL, CHCIO, CDH-E earned a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from Mount Mercy University in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Health Services Administration from the same university in 2002.
