Robin White

Robin White has extensive experience in benefits management and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Lakeland Regional Health-Florida since May 2017, with previous roles including Benefits Manager and Senior Benefits Consultant. Prior to this, Robin worked at Aon Hewitt as a Delivery Specialist and at United States Steel Corporation as a Benefits Analyst, focusing on research and analysis of benefit plans and participant issues. Earlier experience includes a position as Benefits Service Center Associate at the U.S. Steel & Carnegie Pension Fund, providing customer service to retirees, and as a Benefits Contribution Processor at GEM Group. Robin holds a Master of Business Administration in Science of Management/HR from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg.
