Heather Mickman

Heather Mickman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles across a range of industries. Heather is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Lakeshore Learning Materials. Prior to this, they held the position of Board Member at Minnestar. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as the CIO at Gap Inc. Previously, they served as the Senior Vice President in Platform Engineering and Practices at UnitedHealth Group from 2017 to 2021. Heather has also worked at Target as a Transformative Technology Executive, where they played a key role in introducing and fostering an Agile, Product, and DevOps culture. Heather held several roles at Target, including Senior Director of Platform Engineering. Before joining Target, Heather worked as a Company Officer at Mickman Brothers, Inc., and as a Senior Manager at Accenture.

Heather Mickman attended Macalester College from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Economics & Math.
