Whitney Norton

Whitney Norton has had a diverse range of work experience over the years. Whitney started their career in 2006 with roles as an intern for Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy and Congressman Tim Walz, followed by working as an Assistant Canvass Director for Baron Hill for Congress.

In 2007, they worked as a Career Assistant at Dartmouth College and later went on to work at the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights as a Program Coordinator for the National Campaign for Fair Elections and as a Special Projects Coordinator.

From 2010 to 2012, they were the Campaign Manager for Tammy Pust for Ramsey County Attorney and then moved on to NPO Solutions, where they worked as a Special Projects Manager.

In 2012, they joined the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, first as an Interim Manager for Marketing & Communications - Community Outreach, then as a Marketing and Communications Specialist, and finally as a Project Manager for Digital Marketing Strategy.

Whitney then transitioned to Toys R Us in 2014, where they worked as a Product Manager for Mobile. In 2016, they joined Lakeshore Learning Materials as a Senior Project Manager, and in 2020, they were promoted to the role of Director of the Project Management Office (PMO).

Whitney Norton attended Dartmouth College from 2004 to 2008 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in the field of study of History of US Foreign Relations.
