Janet Santiago (MBM, SHRM-CP)

Janet Santiago (MBM, SHRM-CP) has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Janet began their career at Rust Construction and Real Estate in 1997 as a Human Resources Project Manager, where they managed daily office operations, employee relations, and rewards. Janet also oversaw a $5M contract with the City of Philadelphia and supervised a team of 10.

In 2004, Janet joined Family Promotions, Inc. as a Human Resources Director. Janet was responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing a team of 25-30 employees, and assisting the National VP of Operations in multiple locations across the US. Janet held this position until 2010.

Janet then joined Kairos Prison Ministry International Winter in 2008 as a Human Resources Manager and Data Analytics Manager. Janet held this role for 10 years and was responsible for managing HR functions and data analytics.

Most recently, Janet has been working at Lakeshore Management since 2018. Janet started as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, compliance, and HRIS. In 2022, they were promoted to Human Resources Director.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the same institution, between the years 2015 and 2017.

In addition to their degrees, Janet holds the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, which they obtained from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in January 2018. Janet also received a Human Resources Management Certification from the University of Phoenix in June 2017.
