Yolanda Ayala is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and operations. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Lakeshore Management since April 2021, Yolanda oversees 13 properties in South Florida, focusing on enhancing operational, physical, and financial performance. Previously, Yolanda worked at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. for a decade as a Property Manager and Regional Trainer, leading a resort-style community and achieving multiple performance awards. Additional experience includes roles at Equity Residential and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, with significant responsibilities in financial management and team leadership. Yolanda holds a Licensed REALTOR® designation from Gold Coast Professional Schools and education from Valencia College.
