Chris Gibbs is an Idaho Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser at Associated Appraisers of North Idaho since September 2017, bringing over 25 years of experience in the North Idaho real estate market. Additionally, Chris serves as an Associate Real Estate Broker at Lakeshore Realty, specializing in commercial-investment real estate sales, consulting, and leasing, and holds the prestigious CCIM designation. Chris co-owned and served as a top producer at Acuff Northwest Real Estate from 1991 to 1997.
