Joshua Coburn

Joshua Coburn is a seasoned finance professional with a robust background in commercial lending and real estate finance. With over two decades of experience, Joshua has held prominent positions such as Senior Vice President and Vice President at Lakeside Bank, where responsibilities include leading commercial lending initiatives since May 2015. Previous experience includes significant roles at US Bank, focusing on commercial real estate and REIT lending, as well as asset management consulting at Stone Advisors. Joshua has also worked with Mutual of Omaha Bank/1st National Bank of Arizona and Compass Bank, where expertise in construction lending and credit analysis was developed. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Northern Arizona University.
