Thomas M. is an experienced leader in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Lakeside Book Company since July 2022. Previously, Thomas M. held key roles at Leonardo DRS as Director of Operational Excellence and at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems as Local Ethics Officer and Sr. Manager of Operational Excellence. Additional experience includes leading process improvement initiatives at Mohawk Industries, directing operations for Red Bull's North American Distribution Centers, and managing process standardization at The Coca-Cola Company. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Thomas M. has a strong background in project management and training within various organizations. Education includes an MBA in Strategy from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
