With experience as a Crew Foreman, Dispatcher, and Project Superintendent, Phil has a strong background in heavy highway construction and project management. Phil holds a degree in Construction Management and has demonstrated skills in crew management, scheduling, equipment management, and customer service. Phil is committed to maintaining safety standards and ensuring efficient operations on job sites.
