Brad Goldstein

Brad Goldstein has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Brad is currently a Partner Manager at Lakeside Software, a position they started in November 2022. Prior to that, Brad was a Member at Pavilion from November 2021.

Before joining Pavilion, Brad worked at Kobiton from August 2020 to November 2022. During their time at Kobiton, they served as the Director of Strategic Alliances from June 2022 to November 2022. Brad also held the position of Director of Customer Success from August 2020 to June 2022, where they were responsible for post-sales strategies such as onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Brad implemented various initiatives, including a customer success program for low-touch accounts and scaling the customer success team.

From January 2019 to August 2020, Brad worked at Tricentis as a Team Lead for Renewals. Brad played a crucial role in hiring, mentoring, onboarding, and training renewal specialists. Additionally, they developed a renewal process and playbook for acquired products globally after the merger of QASymphony and Tricentis.

Brad's career started at QASymphony in December 2015, where they initially worked as a Sales Development Representative until January 2017. Brad then transitioned into the role of an Account Sales Manager, which they held until January 2019.

Brad Goldstein earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport Management from Kennesaw State University, which they attended from 2009 until 2014. In 2018, they completed a course on Career Development: Skills for Success through edX. No specific field of study was provided for the edX course.
