Charles Hardison has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charles began their career as a Regional Account Manager at Taviz Technology, where they worked from 2001 to 2002. Charles then joined Symbol Technology as a Regional Account Manager, later transitioning to a channel/overlay role after the company's acquisition of Covigo, Inc. In 2004, they became a Sr. Regional Sales Manager at BlueRoads, but the company suspended operations in 2006. Following this, Charles worked as a Real Time Collaboration Account Manager at Microsoft, but a reorganization led to their departure in 2006.
From 2006 to 2016, Charles held various roles at Informatica, including Principal Account Manager. Charles consistently exceeded sales quotas and achieved notable recognitions, such as being a six-time President's Club member and Rep of The Year in 2013. In 2016, they joined Sumo Logic as a Senior Account Manager for a brief period.
Charles then joined Qlik in 2017 as an Account Manager, focusing on Embedded Analytics. In 2019, they moved to Kyligence as a Regional Sales Director, playing a key role in securing major customers. After their time at Kyligence, they worked at Jumio Corporation as an Account Executive from 2021 to 2023.
Currently, Charles holds the role of Strategic Account Executive at Lakeside Software, where they leverage DEX-Digital Experience Management to enhance business productivity and worker satisfaction. Charles is passionate about proactive performance improvement and aims to address remote employees' concerns about their digital work experiences.
Charles Hardison attended San Jose State University from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Marketing and Communications/Advertising. Charles also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from San Jose State University.
