David Keil is the current CEO of Lakeside Software. David has extensive experience as a CEO and Board Member for various companies, including StormForge, Tricentis, Digistrive, Inc., Momentum Telecom, QASymphony, and ChoicePoint Inc.
Keil has led each of these companies to significant growth and success. Under their leadership, StormForge achieved annual recurring revenue growth from $65 million to over $200 million in three years. At Tricentis, they were responsible for global sales, channel, operations, and more than 700 employees. David led the team in achieving annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth from $65 million to over $200 million in three years while executing the operational turnaround of the Customer Success organization. This led to a significant gross revenue retention (GRR) and net revenue retention (NRR) improvement; renewals improved by 400 basis points in a single year.
At Momentum Telecom, Keil increased customer satisfaction rates from 82% to 96% within one year and grew the company’s customer base by 50%. During their time at QASymphony, they grew the company’s customer base by 400% and increased revenues by 1000%. At ChoicePoint Inc, they grew revenues from $40 million to $120 million in just three years.
